Die Blauen Boys #4

Oct 1990 · Carlsen Comics [DE] · 12.80 DEM
“Fünf schwere Jungs”

In "Fünf schwere Jungs," Sergeant Chesterfield and Korporal Blutch of the 22. Kavallerie face their toughest recruitment challenge yet—convincing five hardened criminals to trade prison chains for military duty. With their regiment decimated and no volunteers in sight, the duo turns to a prison’s personnel office, setting off a darkly comedic clash of desperation and discipline. Written by Raoul Cauvin and Harald Sachse, with art and inks by Willy Lambil and lettering by Michael Möller, this 1990 issue from Carlsen Comics delivers sharp satire and gritty humor. The cover, also by Willy Lambil, captures the grimly absurd tone of the story.
