Don Telesforo is trimming his hedges and tells his neighbor that this is a nice quiet neighborhood. Suddenly a large group of kids runs by firing their pop-guns loudly. Don captures the kids with a net, drags them down to the men's club, and tells them to stay quiet. The kids grab a pile of metal drums and then head back to Don's neighbor hood banging away.
