Dippy Dawg inherits a detective agency, prompting Mickey to partner with him. As detectives their business is a bust until the titular “Crazy Crime Wave” hits town. Someone is stealing every pair of red long-johns from people’s homes – and, still more bizarre, clipping everyone’s hair off their heads while they sleep and making off with it. The mayor calls in two big city detectives to solve the mystery but Mickey and Dippy, slighted by the mayor’s choice and the lack of progress made, decide to compete with them. Care to guess who really cracks the case?
