District X #6
In "Mr. M Conclusion," the final chapter of David Hine’s gripping arc, Mr. M grapples with the unintended consequences of his abilities after a tragic accident leaves his sister injured. As the tension in District X reaches a breaking point, Izzy and Armenia confront the stranger they don’t yet understand, while Bishop and Izzy race to stop Mr. M from spiraling further. With the mob war over and the weight of his actions pressing down, Mr. M faces a reckoning that forces him to question whether his gifts are a blessing or a curse. The story, illustrated with intensity by Mike Perkins and Drew Hennessy, and colored with haunting precision by Dan Kemp, David Kemp, and Avalon, culminates in a quiet moment of connection that lingers long after the chaos. The cover by Steve McNiven and Mark Morales captures the emotional core of the issue with striking detail.
