But when the newfound auto craze leads to more destruction and chaos than the original fighting ever did, Perky finds himself on the run from the very people he tried to enlighten, learning a hard lesson about forcing progress on those not ready for it.
When Darrel Dane and his fiancée Martha Roberts encounter a brooding stranger at a nightclub, his dark philosophy about the world's "fools" takes a sinister turn—he becomes the Fool Killer, a self-appointed executioner determined to rid humanity of those he deems worthless. As the murderer targets Martha and her father Dr. Roberts, Doll Man must stop this madman before his killing spree consumes everyone he cares about.
