Donald Duck & Co #50/1994
When Magica De Spell is imprisoned in Andeby for tricking Scrooge, Donald and the nephews, Scrooge sees a rare chance to pay her back—by visiting her villa on Vesuvio and burning her spellbook. But with Magica watching from behind bars, even a simple house call might turn into a magical disaster.
When a mountain climber gets stranded in the Andebyfjellene, Mikke Mus calls on Langbein—his unlikely expert in window cleaning—to help rescue the stranded climber, even as four former mayors of Andeby are discovered trapped in the cliffs.
When Donald Duck forgets to buy a turkey for Christmas and has spent his last penny, he hatches a scheme to get Uncle Scrooge to treat him to a lavish meal at Bristol Restaurant—by pretending to be a mysterious oil baron in need of a holiday feast. With help from his nephews Ole, Dole, and Doffen, Donald’s elaborate ruse begins to unfold, but Scrooge’s sharp eyes may not be fooled by such a simple disguise.
When Holger Moldbu discovers that the mining town of Kaktus sits atop a massive oil reserve, he tries to buy it from Uncle Scrooge—just as Donald Duck and the nephews face their annual slump in productivity during the holidays. With the town’s spirit dimming, Scrooge pins his hopes on Petters’ mysterious julemaskin to reignite the festive mood and boost profits.
