Doom 2099 #33

Warren Ellis's run on Doom 2099 reaches issue #33 with a cover that makes an immediate statement: a Captain America-suited figure bursts dramatically from crashing water, fist raised, against a backdrop of towering spires and the looming armored visage of Doom himself.
