Drakuun #14
In "Shadow of the Warlock: Part Two," Karula and Dard find unexpected stillness after their clash with the tyrant Kurgh, but peace is short-lived when Princess Minerva—Karula’s rival—arrives at their shared refuge. As the duo navigates the vibrant, skyborne city of Akogiland, a last stronghold of free trade, tensions simmer beneath the surface, especially between Karula and Minerva, until a shared threat forces them to confront their differences. Written by Johji Manabe, Dana Lewis, and Toren Smith, and illustrated by Manabe with inks and letters by Wayne Truman, this issue blends intimate moments with the grand scale of a world in flux, all rendered with striking detail by Manabe on both interior and cover.
