Chastity and Ernie are reunited and head off to find some nukes to bring megadeath to the world. With the rest of the world pretty keen on destroying America to stop the undead plague, Ramsey redoubles his efforts to find Ernie and stop the madness. He sends out a stealth chopper to blow the evil one up but Ernie brings it down and discovers a man named Garris has the launch codes for nukes located in Georgia. Unfortunately, Garris' chopper has also gone down and he is captured by the mad doctor, Autopsy.
