Evil Ernie: Destroyer #9
In "Destroyer Part 9: Tyranny and Mutation," the ashes of Evil Ernie’s reign are still smoldering when the world begins to rebuild—only to be thrown into chaos once more. With the ARA gone and Ramsey on the cusp of the presidency, a new threat stirs as Dr. Price receives a divine signal and gains control over the radioactive Dead Onez of Detroit. From that twisted legacy, Janelle Armstrong channels the same green energy that once animated Ernie, birthing a more powerful, more dangerous version of the madman. Written by Brian Pulido and Philip Nutman, with dynamic art by Kyle Hotz and Jason Moore, and colored by Jason Jensen, this issue’s cover by Steven Hughes and Kyle Hotz captures the moment the nightmare reignites.
