Cannon is attacked and captured by Biranha who brings him to Vana where he is informed that she will have her revenge on Aspen for the death of her son. Returning home from a snowboarding trip, Aspen is contacted by Sara Pezzini who tells her that a friend who works with Cannon has told her that Aspen is in terrible danger. Aspen and Witchblade are attacked by Biranha and his forces.
