Feature Comics #30 is an anthology containing multiple stories. "Lala Palooza" confronts a mysterious criminal called the Doll Man who commits theft. "Big Top" follows a young boy named Junior who practices knife-throwing with a Mexican performer at a circus, inadvertently endangering a girl named Gloria. "Charlie Chan," illustrated by Alfred Andriola, follows detective Charlie Chan, Kirk Barrow, and Gina Lane aboard a clipper ship bound for San Francisco, where they must rescue a woman named Gina who has been pushed overboard and face mysterious sabotage and criminal activity aboard the vessel.
