Reynolds of the Mounted confronts a sea monster terrorizing the fishing village of Beaver Island and must battle it single-handedly. Swing and a group of men infiltrate a nightclub suspected of being a front for dope trafficking, discovering criminal activity in the back room and confronting the operators. Rusty Ryan and the Boyville Brigadiers encounter members of the Black Dragon Society, a secret Japanese espionage network, as they travel across California's mountain roads with a funeral hearse carrying the aged Chinese spy Dr. Lin Yutong, whose knowledge of the spy ring makes him a target.
