Professor Noddle whips up a super tonic that grants his assistant Morguen incredible strength—but when the powerful concoction turns the peculiar Morguen into the world's mightiest man, the two set out to test those muscles and prove their worth to the authorities. Their demonstrations of strength and their pursuit of the criminal Jack the Gypper lead to plenty of mishaps and mayhem as Morguen's newfound power wreaks unexpected havoc. A lighthearted romp through a laboratory experiment gone wild, with the usual chaos that follows when you're literally stronger than you know what to do with.

Rusty Ryan and The Boyville Brigadiers run aground on a mysterious island where ex-convicts rule in the shadow of a so-called demon controlling the island from a flaming hill. When Rusty is declared the new leader through combat, he must decide whether to ally with the deceptive force pulling the strings behind the scenes or find another way to deal with the chaos.
