On his magic carpet, Felix visits Dreamland where all his wishes come true. There, Felix enjoys the good life... until the Official Time-Keeper of Dreamland informs the cat that he has been in Dreamland too long, and that it's time for him to leave. Felix does his best to remain, against regulations. Can his wishes find the strength to forestall the forces of all Dreamland?
