In "Out Spied!", Felix the Cat stumbles through a series of clumsy spy mishaps, unknowingly foiling four separate attempts to steal the Professor's rocket ship plans—each more absurd than the last. When a wobbly disguise finally lets the spy slip past, Felix must track down the thief before the plans vanish for good.
