An anthology of comic stories featuring classic film comedians. "In a Bit of a Fiddle" follows Laurel and Hardy as Stan attempts to learn the fiddle from Uncle Egbert, leading to chaos when Olly switches on a radio and plays Tchaikovsky's Concerto, causing Stan to destroy the expensive radio set in confusion. Frank Randle stars in a story about his sportsman's mishaps during a cricket match and butterfly-catching expedition in the country, which culminates in him taking up all-in wrestling. Abbott & Costello vacation at Fivewinds Farm, where comedic misunderstandings with farmer Wurzel and his sheep lead to a series of escalating disasters. Joe E. Brown seeks a free shave at the Gent's Shop, leading to a day of mishaps involving a motorcycle ride, a shoe-shiner's trials, and encounters with various shop services and trials.
