In "Everybody Wants You," Jason, grappling with a rough day and a strained relationship with his father, transforms into Firestorm to clear his head—only to find himself unexpectedly confronted by two members of the Justice League, who take a keen interest in the new Firestorm. Afterward, he meets Casey Krinsky, a mysterious young woman with the ability to channel energy, who draws near and absorbs part of his power before vanishing without a trace. After a tough day at work and with his father, Jason becomes Firestorm to blow off some steam. While doing so he encounters a couple members of the JLA who are very interested in the new Firestorm. After the encounter, Firestorm meets one Casey Krinsky who has the power to channel things. Firestorm lets her get close to him, and she absorbs some of his powers and then disappears.
