This is an anthology issue containing at least two stories. "Beware of Simon!" depicts a young woman named Polly whose parents warn her against dating a troublemaker named Simon, who they claim chased a previous girlfriend out of her life; despite their warnings, Polly falls for his charm. "Reborn" tells of a young woman named Elizabeth Drew who, after dying and being given a second chance at life, finds herself reincarnated and begins a new existence, eventually taking a job as a waitress at a diner run by a woman named Lila Foley. The issue also features a story involving a character named Richard and a woman named Lisette, in which Richard seeks the return of an engagement ring after Lisette jilts him, and their relationship becomes complicated by conflicting emotions and family disapproval.
