Jeff Lemire's watercolor-drenched cover for Fishflies #6 is genuinely arresting — a wide-eyed, unsettled face dominates the frame while swarms of fishflies drift through a hazy purple sky, and cradled in a reflective helmet below is a blond figure in red alongside dark, looming machinery. Lemire's scratchy, expressive linework gives the whole image a dreamlike unease that feels deeply personal to his style.
