“Alas Poor Carrot”

"Alas Poor Carrot" is a delightfully absurd chapter in the Flaming Carrot Comics series, written and drawn by Bob Burden with additional art by Gabrielle Greene and John Eaton. When Herbie’s teacher is fired for claiming Shakespeare didn’t write his own works, the duo must race against time—using a malfunctioning grandfather clock, a working one in the Flaming Carrot’s possession, and another on the West Coast—to prove the truth before history collapses. The cover, by Bob Burden, captures the chaos perfectly.
