“Thunder Mountain”

"Thunder Mountain" kicks off in 1949 with a gripping tale of gold, betrayal, and brotherhood, written by Zane Grey and brought to life by artist Harry Parkhurst. When three brothers uncover a gold lode at Thunder Mountain, their fortunes turn deadly after one is murdered and the other is left broken and stripped of his sample. As a boom town swells around the mine, the youngest brother begins to piece together the truth, determined to expose Rand Leavitt, the mine’s owner, for the crime. The cover, by Morris Gollub, captures the rugged tension of the frontier, matching the story’s pulse-pounding atmosphere.
