The King unveils a statue commemorating the signing of the peace treaty with Ooklevania. This reminds the King that the treaty must be signed each year and the treaty will run out at sundown. He goes to get King Ookle's signature, only to find that Ookle has been kidnapped and Ooklevania is now ruled by his evil twin brother.
