The issue contains two stories. "My Little Margie: A Good Skate" follows Margie as she attempts to attract the attention of a handsome hockey player by learning to play hockey herself, recalling lessons from Canadian boys she knew. In another story, Freddy discovers criminals planning to hurt someone and reports them to the police, but the gang tracks him down; Freddy manages to evade them through a series of chases and confrontations, ultimately leading to their capture with the help of law enforcement.
