Fritzi Ritz enjoys a beach day with a companion who repeatedly ignores her attempts at conversation while listening to a radio baseball game, eventually dumping a pail of water on her in frustration. In a separate story, a man is arrested for herding goats on a city boulevard and taken to an X-ray specialist's office, where a goat causes chaos by butting the officer and destroying property, ultimately resulting in the man's release and newfound wealth from the incident.
