From Beyond the Unknown #6
In "The Amazing Human Race!" from From Beyond the Unknown #6 (1970), a group of human tourists finds themselves whisked across the cosmos to the alien world of Almoran, while Almoran beings take human form to experience Earth—each group living out the other’s vacation in unexpected ways. Written by Gardner Fox and brought to life with dynamic art by Gil Kane and Bernard Sachs, the story unfolds with clever twists as Earthlings and Almorans navigate cultural clashes and dangers, from train robbers to ship hijackers, in a tale that’s equal parts adventure and interplanetary curiosity. The cover, a striking collaboration by Neal Adams in both pencils and inks, captures the story’s sense of wonder and tension.

A group of human tourists on a train are transported across the universe to the planet Almoran. At the same time, a group of Almoran aliens are sent to Earth, assuming the form of Earthlings to avoid panic. The two groups each experience the vacations originally intended for the other - and, in ways unique to Almorans and Earthlings respectively, overcome terrestrial train robbers and alien ship-hijackers.
