This anthology issue of "Funny Films" presents movie-themed cartoon stories featuring various character properties. "Blunderbunny" depicts the long-eared genius attending a movie premiere where his inventions accidentally create chaos, including a couple that clicks and explodes. "Hector the Specter" follows a reluctant ghost who refuses to haunt houses and scare people, with the story exploring ghost ethics when In-Specter threatens to turn him into a "thing" for violating ghostly duty. A third story features a museum guard attempting to catch a clever thief who steals a valuable art object, with the guard devising a disguise plan involving an empty picture frame to trap the criminal.
