A dog tries to solve a mouse problem by following one simple rule: to get what you want, you've got to trap it. What happens when he puts that philosophy into practice makes for one short, sharp lesson in unintended consequences.
A couple of troublemaking cats run afoul of a contraption called the "Puss-Puncher" in this rowdy two-pager, and what starts as a inventive prank quickly spirals into pure comic chaos. When the device proves trickier to control than expected, the tables turn in ways nobody saw coming.
