This anthology issue contains two stories. "Mr. Blunderbunny" follows the hapless rabbit as he attempts to patent an invention at the Patent Office, leading to a series of slapstick mishaps involving balloons and other objects that cause destruction and frustration for both Blunderbunny and the patent official. "Alkali Ike and His Horse Oatsie Hawk" features the outlaw Alkali Ike and his horse Oatsie engaged in a wild chase sequence with cowboys and sheriffs, involving ropes, buildings, and rooftops before they are ultimately captured and turned over to the sheriff, though the story suggests the outlaws remain unrepentant about their crimes.
