This anthology comic features multiple animal characters in separate stories. Peter Rabbit arrives to rescue someone from danger in the opening story. Space Mouse follows two mouse astronauts whose rocketship malfunctions, forcing them to land on the nearest planet where they encounter various obstacles including an eagle, a storm, and ultimately a sea pool full of seals before escaping. Spotty the Pup, along with Skooch, chases after mice that have invaded a lady's house; after initially driving them out, the mice return with reinforcements, leading to a confrontation that ends with the lady offering the pup a reward for ridding her home of the rodents.

Spotty the Pup and his partner Skooch, self-proclaimed "De Luxe Exterminators," rush to a frantic call from a lady whose house is overrun with mice.
