Written by John Layman and illustrated by Roger Robinson, with inks by James Pascoe and colors by Tom Chu, the issue’s cover by Georges Jeanty and Dexter Vines captures the tension of a thief stepping back into a world that may not welcome him.

Gambit returns to New Orleans and meets up with ex-wife Bella Donna and her new beau Bandit. Unbeknownst to Remy or Bella, Bandit is making a play for leadership of the guilds and whips them into a frenzy against Gambit and they are armed with AIM weaponry thanks to a psycho cop.
