“Pool of Tears”

In "Pool of Tears," Generation X faces a double threat as Jubilee, Skin, and Husk bring a young thief to the school—only to realize she must be shielded from the escalating mutant battle raging within. With Chimera and her Plasma Wraiths attacking alongside the fused entity M-Plate, the team struggles through disorienting dimensional illusions while trying to protect their own and recover their captured teammate, Synch. Written by Larry Hama and illustrated by Jason Johnson, with inks by Edwin Rosell, Sean Parsons, and Vince Russell, and colors by Chris Sotomayor, the issue's dynamic visuals are matched by Jason Pearson’s striking cover.
