“An Eye for an Eye”

In "An Eye for an Eye," Larry Hama delivers a sharp, character-driven chapter where the sudden loss of psychic abilities across Earth forces Banshee to test his team in unexpected ways. With Chamber and Emma reeling from the change, Emma takes the lead—proving her mettle by besting Banshee in sparring, then facing off against the formidable interstellar villain Bianca LaNeige, while the Gen X teens take on her alien dwarf allies. Terry Dodson’s dynamic art, with Rachel Dodson’s inks and Felix Serrano’s vivid colors, brings the action to life, all framed by Dodson’s striking cover.

With both Chamber and Emma affected by the loss of all psychic powers on earth, Banshee decides to turn this situation into a little object lesson for the team. Emma is only more than happy to assist by trouncing Sean soundly. She then takes on and handily defeats old business rival turned interstellar bad girl, Bianca LaNeige, while the Gen X kids take on Bianca's cadre of alien dwarves.
