Ghost infiltrates the secret base of the Furies to get information from Focus about displaced spirits and the creatures who have stolen their bodies. Focus is surprisingly honest with her former friend as she tells her that Doctor Trouvaille was once working on a project for the government when he opened a gateway to another dimension and allowed creatures known as the Shades to infiltrate human bodies. In the present, the now living corpse of Trouvaille starts doing the exact same thing all over again. The Ghostkillers return to the cemetery to kill more spirits. Elisa is reunited with Peter.
