This is an anthology comic featuring "The Great Superkatt," a black cat character who uses telepathic powers to attempt to control others' minds and bodies for his own purposes. In one story, Superkatt tries to take over a friend's body to conquer the world, but is thwarted when his target escapes to an underground tunnel. In another story titled "Corky," a yellow dog character gets into a fight with a female dog named Jezebel, leading to comedic slapstick situations involving chase sequences and physical comedy. The issue also includes stories featuring Fatso the cat and various other animal characters in humorous scenarios involving wax, traps, and domestic mishaps.

As they arrive, they’re confronted by Professor Hood, who reveals he’s hijacked the Duke’s mind to use his body for a world-conquering scheme, forcing the Duke to follow a series of bizarre instructions through a hidden tunnel.

As the chase unfolds, Wisby’s antics lead to a series of escalating mishaps involving a broken-down car, a goldfish, and a mysterious mechanical trap, all while the town’s animals react with amusement and disbelief.
