In a spirited showdown at Haywell's Meadow, the boastful Footsy Hare challenges the stubborn Tewksberry Turtle to a boxing match, each boasting exaggerated moves and playful taunts. In "null," Binky the dog puts on a show of sleepy indifference when his owner tries to rouse him for a guest, but as soon as the visitor leaves, he springs to life with playful energy—leaving the quiet house suddenly full of mischief.

Uncle Ringo enlists the help of the twins to color Easter eggs, but when the raccoon Snooper steals them, the twins discover the eggs are actually unhatched chicks. With the hen returning and chaos erupting, Uncle Ringo must find a way to restore order before the Easter celebration is ruined.

A young man insists it’s raining, but his companion dismisses the claim, pointing out the clear sky. The story ends with a punchline about how you can’t win, set against a backdrop of a promotional ad for rings.
