Giggle Comics #67 is an anthology issue featuring multiple humorous stories. "The Star" follows Ollie Octopus, an unwanted team member of the Little Town Baseball Team who is unexpectedly sent in to bat during a crucial game against their rivals, Big Town; using all eight of his hands to wield multiple bats, Ollie successfully hits a home run and wins the game, earning the respect and admiration of his teammates. The issue also includes a story titled "Percival" about a dog who chisels his way into a Dog Food Store to satisfy his hunger. Additionally, there is a story involving Owlie and magical mischief with shoplifters at a department store.
