Giggle Comics #82 is an anthology featuring humorous animal stories. "Binky and the Chapter on Dogs" follows a character trying to read about canine behavior, only to be interrupted by a rambunctious white dog that causes chaos and disrupts the reading session. "The Duke and the Dope," by Ken Hultgren, depicts a fancy cat who has saved nickels only to spend them on a lion rug, leading to comedic confusion when the living lion arrives and conflicts arise over the nature of feline versus canine sounds.

In a playful prank, a group of mischievous mice trick their friend Jonathan into avoiding his Saturday bath by turning themselves into walking piles of grime, hoping to shame him into joining them.
