Giggle Comics #99 is an anthology featuring three stories. "Spunky Spook" stars the titular ghost character playing loud music. "Duke and the Dope" follows two aristocratic characters discussing a castle rental problem, with Duke explaining he is a poor real estate broker with a troubled castle he has finally found a customer for. "Those Awful Antlers" tells of young Freddie Fawn who encounters Bonzo Bear in the forest; after initially fleeing in fear, Freddie eventually stands up to the bear, and the two reconcile when Bonzo reveals he was only playing and wouldn't hurt anyone. A final comic strip features a hunter and a pink creature engaging in a riddle exchange, with jokes about Cornwallis at Yorktown and kitchen sinks.
