The Juggernaut is tried in Canadian court for all of his crimes over the years. One of his lawyers is Jennifer Walters [She-Hulk]. After a series of accidents in which Cain Marko shows good character, his sentence is commuted to public service and he's extradited to the United States. Said accidents include the Juggernaut stopping an escape attempt from fellow prisoner the Rhino and returning himself to custody. Cain Marko and She-Hulk grow close during the events of this story and sleep together, something that will be subject of heavy retcons from She-Hulk writers for years to come.
