Young Charley the Paracub is determined to join the paratroopers, but first he has to prove he can actually jump—and his enthusiastic attempts to gain experience lead to one mishap after another. When an accidental tumble lands him right into the middle of an army training exercise, his wild, uncontrollable landings finally convince the sergeant that this pint-sized pup has exactly the fearless spirit the paratroopers need.

Alley Bob-Cat stumbles upon a cave and accidentally opens it with magic words, unleashing a gang of thieves who've stolen the King's money—and Bob-Cat grabs it first! Now pursued across the kingdom on a borrowed magic carpet and armed with nothing but a putty blower, he's got to outrun the crooks, survive an encounter with the King himself, and figure out how to get those thieves off his tail before they reclaim their loot.
