Goofy Comics #23

A red fox character attempts to learn magic as a beginner, starting with paper fires that quickly spiral out of control, destroying his home and the surrounding area including a tax construction building. Throughout his misadventures, he encounters various people and situations, including a school classroom where arithmetic is being taught. A dog character becomes involved in the chaos, and a man loses his job due to the fox's magical mishaps, leading to escalating comedic disasters where the fox must deal with the consequences of his incompetence.
