Goofy Gander, inspired by old myths, decides to ditch his daydreaming and enter the big auto race—despite having only a rusty old car from his grandfather. When his engine sputters to life and sends him careening through the sky, he accidentally stumbles into the mythical realm of Hercules, Jupiter, Mars, and Mercury, who take pity on his plight and help him return to Earth for one final race.

Merton Monk, posing as a high-powered agent, tries to impress the foreman of Snagsaw Lumber Mill by claiming his client Pierre is the world's greatest lumberjack. The foreman is stunned by Pierre's surprising strength and speed, even as the young man struggles to shout "Timber!" due to his weak voice.

Goofy Gander, desperate to impress his rich aunt, schemes to sell off his attic junk for quick cash—only to have Wally Wolf accidentally stumble into the plan, leading to a chaotic chase through an antique shop and a surprising twist involving a hidden treasure trove of valuables.

Digby Duck runs a hat shop and struggles to find a hat that fits his first customer, who keeps rejecting each one as too big—until a series of comically oversized hats leads to an unexpected, perfectly fitting result.
