“Corrigan Part One”

In "Corrigan Part One," detectives Montoya and Allen are drawn into a violent ambush by the Black Spider, leading to a deadly confrontation that leaves one suspect dead and another accusing Allen of shooting him while restrained. Meanwhile, Jim Corrigan’s secret operation—selling stolen evidence on G-Bay—begins to unravel. Written by Greg Rucka and illustrated by Michael Lark, with inks by Stefano Gaudiano, colors by Lee Loughridge, and letters by Clem Robins, the cover by Michael Lark captures the tension of a city where justice is as fragile as the line between cop and criminal.
