Rick has to race against Amaro's '32 Gee Bee airplane. Even though he has no chance of winning, Rick goes through with the race to save Juli from marrying Amaro. Amaro gets bored and decides to turn back and taunt Rick by buzzing him, resulting in him loosing control of the plane and crashing to his death. Rick asks Kim to say goodbye to Juli for him, as he can't face her.
