GunsmokePedro

When Gunsmoke and his partner Pedro ride into Paradise Valley looking for peace, they find instead a town torn apart by greed—a ruthless schemer named Faro Holliday has convinced desperate farmers that destroying the dam controlling the valley's irrigation will free them from Pete Wyman's rule, when in truth it would turn their fertile land back to desert. Gunsmoke decides to expose Holliday's lies and stand up for the valley's future, setting the stage for a confrontation that threatens to explode into violence before sundown.

The Logan Boys
6 pp · Western-Frontier

In 1881 Utah, the Logan Brothers make a desperate escape from a posse by leaping their horses into a river, but their flight only intensifies the vendetta of Sheriff Jackson, whose brother died in their bank robbery. When the outlaws hole up in their hidden Wyoming stronghold at Hawk's Nest, they plot an ambitious train robbery to fund their escape from the country—unaware that the determined sheriff is closing in on their trail. The law and the lawless collide in a final confrontation that brings their reign to an end.

The Masked Marvel and the Raiders

Masked Marvel [Slim Crane]

When Apache raiders strike across the border into Arizona's Cubit Valley, the ranchers desperately need a hero—and they get one in the form of the Masked Marvel, who arrives undercover as Chet Fairchild, a meek millionaire's son. As Jim Shannon and his daughter Kathy grow frustrated with their seemingly useless guest, the Marvel must juggle his mild-mannered disguise with the chance to prove his worth when the raiders spring a deadly ambush in the canyon. With brains and six-guns, the Masked Marvel turns the tables on the Apaches in a way the timid Chet Fairchild never could.

Calamity Jane
6 pp · Western-Frontier
Calamity Jane

Calamity Jane loses her father to a Dakota attack on their Black Hills cabin, and swears vengeance on the warriors responsible—a vow that leads her to disguise herself as a man and join General Cook's military expedition against the tribe. Fighting alongside scouts Wild Bill and Colorado Charlie, Jane proves herself in battle with deadly rifle work, and her true identity is revealed only when an arrow knocks her hat away during the climactic assault on the Dakota encampment.
