Ha Ha Comics #46

Ha Ha Comics #46 is an anthology containing at least two humorous animal stories. "Lobo" depicts a wolf tribe's attempt to capture fire by having Lobo leap to the sun, resulting in him bringing back fire in his mouth that the tribe must share to stay warm. "Squirrely" shows a squirrel's misadventures as he attempts to retrieve his walnut from a chicken yard, leading to comic confrontations with the inhabitants. A third story features a young girl named Gail who is taken to the mainland by fairies, where she meets kind people and eventually returns home, only to have adults dismiss her tale as imagination.
