Ha Ha Comics #84 is an anthology issue featuring multiple stories. "Izzy and Dizzy" depicts two young mice attempting to sneak report cards past their Uncle Louie by claiming they will turn back the clock to make it appear earlier than the actual delivery time. "How Smart is Smart?" follows Fabian Fox, a cunning fox who tricks Webster Woodchuck into trading a worthless metal coil for all his money by claiming it brings good luck and wealth. The issue also contains a science fiction adventure story featuring characters on a planet who encounter pyramids, camels, and desert landscapes while on some form of expedition or mission.
