Hap Hazard returns to town after supposedly retiring, only to find it in chaos with voting machines and campaign posters everywhere. When the mayor questions why he's back despite his stated retirement, Hap clarifies he said he was "tired" and heading to Revere Lake, not that he was leaving forever. Also featured is "Dotty," a story involving a young woman in a red outfit who receives packages and attempts to fashion a scarf from red material, encountering mishaps and receiving visitors at her door.
