Happy Comics #10 is an anthology featuring multiple humorous animal stories. One story follows a rabbit and other woodland creatures who accidentally block a golf hole while playing, leading to a comedic chase involving dynamite to extract the pole. Another story, "The Amazing Football" by Mickey Marks, depicts Oliver Owl attempting to teach Charlie Cat a lesson about perception when a South American visitor named Pablo Armadillo arrives for a forest football game, which Charlie mistakenly thinks is the actual football due to Oliver's earlier riddle about appearances. The issue also includes a riddle page with twenty answers covering various wordplay puzzles.
