In a humorous twist, Francois Feline, a jealous cat, tries to get rid of his owner’s canary, Dickey, by pretending to set him free—only to accidentally lock himself in the birdcage. Peeper, a new carrier pigeon, struggles to deliver a letter when he can't find Oak Street, prompting a series of comically mistaken directions. With help from a passing mailman, he finally locates the right route—only to face a surprise at the end of his journey.

In a humorous twist, Homer Hound runs for City Fox-Catcher in a town where the foxes are the ones in charge, cleverly positioning himself as the ideal candidate by claiming the dumbest dog in the county is the best choice.
